Response times
- Operations. Same-day response to active shipment queries during operating hours; emergency response 24/7 for live consignments.
- Quotes. One business day for standard lanes; 2–3 business days for project or multimodal pricing.
- Accounts. Two business days for invoicing or statement queries; longer if reconciliation is required.
- Partnerships. Within one week for non-time-sensitive partnership and press inquiries.
