Quote
Quote a move.
Tell us the cargo, the lane, and the timeline. We'll come back with a rate and a transit time — typically within one business day for standard lanes.
01 — Process
How quoting works.
/01 · You send
Cargo and lane
Submit the form below or email ops@veteranresourcesafrica.com. The more detail on cargo, weight, and timeline, the more accurate our first response.
/02 · We confirm
Receipt and follow-up
We'll acknowledge your request the same business day and confirm any details we need to clarify before pricing — packaging, hazardous classification, exact pickup point.
/03 · We quote
Written rate
Within one business day for standard lanes. Multimodal, project, or non-standard cargo may take 2–3 business days while we confirm with port agents and carriers.
/04 · You decide
Accept or revise
Quote valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Once you accept, we open the booking and the operation begins.
02 — Request
Send your request.
Fill in what you know — we can follow up on the rest. Required fields are marked.
03 — What's in the quote
What you'll receive.
Our quotes are written, line-itemised, and time-bounded. No hidden charges showing up at invoice time.
- Freight rate. The core movement cost, broken out by leg if multimodal.
- Customs and clearance. Origin and destination customs handling fees.
- Documentation. Bill of lading, certificates of origin, and any country-specific paperwork.
- Port and terminal fees. Where applicable for ocean freight legs.
- Indicative transit time. Door-to-door window under normal corridor conditions.
- Insurance options. Marine and inland transit cover quoted on request.
- Validity period. Standard 14-day quote validity unless rate volatility (e.g. ocean freight surcharges) requires shorter.
- Payment terms. Standard terms specified up front; preferred terms available for repeat clients on request.
